As 2024 draws to a close, I’m filled with gratitude for the incredible milestones we’ve achieved together. This year has been nothing short of transformative, and your unwavering support has made it all possible. From launching impactful programs to connecting with inspiring individuals, we’ve built a community that celebrates health, resilience, and growth.

Highlights of 2024

  • Active Steps Program - Thanks to Sport England : Helped participants rediscover the joy of movement through our gentle Couch to 5K and strength training sessions in Stockport.
  • EmpowerHER Initiative - Thanks to Postcode Lottey: Supported women recovering from domestic abuse with holistic health and wellbeing programs, fostering confidence and resilience.
  • Living Life to the Full Workshops - thanks to GMCVO: Delivered CBT-based sessions, receiving glowing feedback on reduced stress and improved mental wellbeing.
  • Lifestyle Leap Platform - Thanks to National Lottery: Prevention and management of lifestyle Illnesses like diabetes among South Asians. Combining gentle running, strength training, nutrition habits challenges, mental well-being practices, and expert-supported training, our program offers everything you need to live your best life.
  • Unheard Steps - Thanks to BDS: A gentle c25k and strength training program for the hearing impaired women from Bolton Deaf Society.
  • Mindfulness Strides App: Partnered with the Business Growth Company and Bolton University to begin developing this innovative app.

Our programs impacted over 1,000 participants, with 85% reporting improved fitness, 70% lower stress levels, and 90% feeling more motivated to sustain healthy habits.

This year has taught us the value of flexibility and innovation:

  • Winter Engagement: Online Zoom strength training kept us moving through the colder months.
  • Building Belonging: Buddy systems, interactive polls, and gamified activities brought the community closer together.
  • Diverse Needs: Tailored approaches like heart-rate-based training and beginner-friendly workshops made wellness more accessible for all.

We’ve learned so much and are committed to finding creative solutions to support you on your journey.


My Journey to the London Marathon 2025

I’m thrilled to share that I’ll be running the London Marathon for Diabetes UK in 2025. This cause is deeply personal, and I’m determined to make a difference by raising awareness and funds for those impacted by diabetes.
