Dear Reader,

It’s been a while since our last newsletter—and what a season it’s been. While the start of the year brought personal challenges (you can read The Unfinished Marathon blog for a quiet reflection), it also reminded me why this work matters more than ever.

With spring comes a new energy, and I’m excited to share what’s blooming at Lifestyle Strides. From new blogs and online classes to selective programs designed to bring wellness into your home, there’s something for everyone.

🌿 Spring Online Lifestyle Movement Movement.

Mindfulness. Motivation. All from Home.

We’re delighted to launch our Spring Online Lifestyle Movement, part-funded by Sport England and hosted on our Lifestyle Leap platform.

These are mainly online group sessions, perfect for building your weekly rhythm—whether you’re just getting started or ready to build momentum again.

💻 What’s Included:

  • Gentle cardio
  • Strength sessions - Yoga
  • Breathing exercises & pranayam
  • Guided meditation

✨ This is now supplemented by weekly community meet-ups—walks or gentle runs as part of our Walk & Run Club! You can join either just the online sessions, just the club, or both—it’s all designed to support your wellbeing journey in the way that suits you best.

👟 Walk & Run Club – Now Bigger, Better & Even More Fun

After the overwhelming response to our Winter Online Pilot, we’re expanding the experience with a fully hosted Walk & Gentle Run Club on our Lifestyle Leap platform.

This is more than just movement—it’s community, energy, and a sprinkle of friendly competition.

🎯 What’s Included:

  • Themed weekly walks
  • Gentle running sessions
  • Points, progress, prizes and fun challenges
  • Awards, encouragement and community cheerleading
  • Delivered online—with optional local meet-ups when possible!

You can join the Walk & Run Club on its own, or combine it with our full online movement programme.

⚠️ Due to expected oversubscription, we’re introducing a selection process to keep group energy high and support strong participation.
